- Land Size: 4.97 ha
Tucked away at the end of an off-road track lies this picturesque plot of land (4.97 ha), which includes two lakes ( of approximately 1.200m2 & 800m2, & with a depth of around 1.8m & 1.5m respectively). The lakes contain, among others, Common Carp & roach. The lakes are fed by surface water from the adjacent fields.
The surrounding land is predominately wooded, mostly oak trees, with 2 small meadows & a clearing next to the driveway.
Less than 10 minutes away by car is the picturesque town of Argenton sur Creuse with numerous supermarkets, shops and services as well as a train station with a direct line to Paris. Limoges International Airport is only about an hour away by car.
There is currently a large cabin on the building, put up when no planning permission was needed so officially it does not exist! The land is in an area where planning permission would not be granted and there is no access to services as they are much too far away from the plot. You would not get permission to build here or connect to the grid, and living off grid is not an option because the land is not constructible.
