The property is situated in the hamlet of Jotty, home to the famous Devil's Bridge gorges, a popular tourist attraction. This provides easy access to all regional activities in summer and winter. Note, however, that the property lies right on the main road connecting Morzine to Thonon and Lake Geneva.

Around the property you'll find a café, a bar and a restaurant, as well as more amenities a 10-minute drive to St Jean d'Aulps or 20 minutes to Thonon. Geneva International Airport is about an hour's drive away.
